As you drive through the gates to the Tree House, a sense of peace and relaxation will come over you.  Aptly named, the “Tree House” is perched above the Jarrah and Marri tree canopy, privately tucked away on a 1.25 acre block, while still only a 10 minute stroll to beautiful Eagle Bay beach.

Bedrooms and open living areas all enjoy the wonderful bush views.  Expansive decks and quiet sitting areas allow perfect spaces for couples and families alike.

The light-filled entrance to the house with pitched cathedral ceilings and a picture window looking west through the Eagle Bay Valley has the WOW effect.

Upstairs opens into a magnificent open plan living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  This open living area is equipped with ceiling fans, gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning to cater for all seasons.  A breathtaking deck area extends off the living area overlooking the in the treetop canopy and is comfortably equipped for alfresco dining (incl gas BBQ), as well as relaxing li-lo sun lounges and chairs.

The master bedroom, with a queen bed and ceiling fan, also opens onto the deck area and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate WC and washbasin to service guests in the upstairs area.

Downstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with a queen bed and sliding doors opening onto a separate verandah patio area.  The fourth bedroom, (also downstairs) has 2 single beds and shares the bathroom facilities in this area with bedrooms 2 and 3.  The well-equipped laundry that includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board with an additional WC, opens out to an outside area with a hot and cold shower.

Enjoy all the wonderful “Down South” activities or a long day at the beach, but retreat back “home” to the Tree House and watch the sun melt over the valley.  If peace is what you require, then this is the place for you and your family and friends.
