Our business was formed in 1998, after it became apparent that there was a need for professionally managed short term holiday rental properties in the region. Rebecca Miller ran this business until December 2020, when Cheryl and Rod Morris decided to purchase it. Cheryl and Rod have been in the tourism industry for over 30 years, building their own resort and managing resorts for individual owners in the South West area. They run the business with their two sons and daughters-in-law, Ash and Ali, Cameron and Julia. Ash and Cameron take care of maintenance and pre-check in, while Ali and Julia manage our properties with Cheryl. Previously, Ash, Cameron and Julia have all run other accommodation businesses, and Ali has a wealth of experience across various customer service, logistics, marketing/events and administrative roles. We therefore all understand the need for outstanding customer service both to guests and to owners.

We personally attend to all properties in our portfolio and make sure that we liaise closely with owners to ensure that the properties are well maintained and presented to the highest possible standard. Our aim is to provide a personalised service, meaning we get to know the properties very well, and can therefore provide guests with a knowledgeable service pre-trip and when they are in-house.

Over the years, our listings have been obtained by word of mouth, with property owners hearing what a great service we provide to care for their property, and we now have a small property listing base throughout the Cape Naturaliste region (Yallingup, Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Busselton, & Siesta Park).
