After 20 years working in the tourism industry in the Pemberton area Cheryl and Rod decided that they needed a “sea change” and moved to Busselton, They brought with them a wealth of experience that they used to manage a large Resort in Busselton for 7 years before purchasing this business in 2019. Cheryl and Rod pride themselves on delivering quality service to guests and owners and having a strong attention to detail. They want everyone to have the best possible experience in our beautiful region and for owners to relax knowing that their very valuable asset is being well looked after. South West Holiday Properties formed in 1998 and has a small group of properties which they hope to grow but remain small enough to deliver a personalized service.
Managing properties within a small pocket of this beautiful region of the South West, means “service” is paramount to both the travelling guest, and holiday homeowner looking for someone to care for their investment property.Their small personalized family run business, taking on a selection of holiday homes located within the Cape Naturaliste Region (Eagle Bay, Dunsborough, Quindalup, Yallingup), ensures that guests, and owners, are always the highest priority.
