Dunsborough is surrounded by the beautiful beaches and calm waters of Geographe Bay, but only a 5 min drive to the other side of Cape Naturaliste, with the open ocean and great surf of Yallingup Beach and Margaret River (~ 25 min drive). The outdoor activities are endless and all within a short distance, when staying at Beachscapes.

Beachscapes is a fantastic family holiday home, located in undoubtedly one of the best locations in Dunsborough, with the beautiful beach and open grassed parkland and children’s playground across the road. We suggest you bring your bikes as there is a great bike path that goes along the waterfront into town and also on to Old Dunsborough… great to get up and ride into town for the paper and a coffee (approx. 10 mins)… or to Palmers Winery for lunch.

The property has been transformed with a fresh renovation and new management and we are confident that a holiday at this property will recharge your batteries. Suitable for 3 couples, or alternatively a family group, the property is located on a large fully landscaped block with a secure backyard, shady peppermint trees and the house set back from the main road allowing privacy.

The open plan living room enjoys a garden outlook through open sliding doors (to the alfresco dining for 8 and Webber BBQ) and glimpses of the sparkling Indian Ocean through a large window at the front of the house. The open plan living area has dining for 8 guests and a large comfortable lounge area with TV, DVD and iPod dock. Freshly renovated, the kitchen is amply supplied with new fittings, crockery and cutlery and has the added bonus of a Nespresso coffee machine if you feel like just staying in.

The property has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 (six adults comfortably). All bedrooms are presented with comfortable quality beds, fresh new bedding; all linen, towels, etc are supplied and presented for your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed and has a door which opens through to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large third bedroom is ideal for 4 children with single beds and a TV for their own private “hang out area” (can be converted to 2 singles and 1 king if required). There are a travel cot and highchair provided at the property for littlies.

The bathroom is freshly renovated with a shower recess, vanity and toilet. It has dual doors so can be accessed via the living area when locked off from the main bedroom. There is the added service of a second WC off the laundry and a hot/cold outdoor shower (perfect for your return from a day at the beach). The laundry has a top loader washing machine for extended stays.

Cooking outdoors is a breeze using the large covered gas BBQ and there is still plenty of room for the children to play or perhaps you would like to laze around with a book in the afternoon sun. The yard is fully fenced so you can rest easy whilst the children play…

All the comforts of home are included in your stay, including reverse cycle air conditioning (living area) and a lovely wood fire for the winter months, plus wifi.
